Art Science Project

Here is Victoria's latest project. She took an old nylon sock and filled it with dirt that had grass seed mixed with it. Then the rest of the sock is stuffed into the top of a soda can that is filled with water. The natural wicking process keeps the dirt moist and when the grass seed sprouts and grows it looks like a little person. Maybe she will put a little dress around the can to disguise it and make it look more realistic.
